Students participating in the program will have the benefit of working with a variety of faculty instructors and mentors from the two participating campuses.  The instructors will guide the students through the four 1-credit courses aimed at helping student be more successful in their science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) courses as well as assisting them in career exploration and the process of transferring to a four-year institution. Students will also be assigned a mentor who will follow their academic, career, and other development as they progress through the program and beyond.  Students will have continued access to their instructors and mentors after they graduate and move on.
